Maca Cacao Fat Bombs
MACA CACAO FAT BOMBS
FOOD AS MEDICINE
Maca is a Peruvian root consumed in a ground form that can be added to smoothies, shakes, desserts and more. It works to stimulate the pituitary gland which in turn stimulates human growth hormone, oxytocin, and progesterone production as well as thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). Maca is known as an adaptogen, meaning that it can help our body to cope with stress and aid in resilience while balancing hormones. Maca is also a libido booster for both women and men and can help to enhance fertility. This fat bomb makes for a fun delivery of maca along with raw cacao to aid in relaxation and provide a feeling of blissful indulgence!
