All purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual programs and classes, and ebooks have no exception to this policy as they are provided immediately at time of purchase with access links and downloads in email receipt. We guarantee potency and purity of all nutritional supplements as well as integrity of product through temperature controlled storage and pharmaceutical grade production; however, we can not ensure all people will tolerate all products as everyone is biochemically unique with different needs and conditions, there is zero exception to this policy for products and supplements as once they leave our hands we can’t control integrity or resale.

Services purchased in advance can be transferable to another person or rescheduled if done so prior to 48-hours of appointment scheduled. Services that are pre-paid for initial consultation will be applicable for 100% refund if canceled 5 business days prior to scheduled session.
