  1. Are the hi-Lyte drops something you would recommend for teens and how much/often would you give them? The teacher told them to drink at least 3 bottles of water every day. My 14 year old son (weighs 116) just started JROTC and marching band and practices after school every day. It’s HOT in Arkansas and I’d rather not have him drinking Gatorade and whatever else they provide for the kids.
