BANANA BREAD SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
½ frozen banana
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
8oz almond milk, unsweetened
2 Tbsp flax seed, ground
2 Tbsp rolled oats
1 scoop grassfed whey protein
sprinkle of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Blend banana through flax seed in blender then add oats until incorporated and once well mixed briefly whip in grassfed whey. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
