1 bunch lacinato kale, stemmed and chiffonade
DIRECTIONS:

In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon, and honey with black pepper and sea salt to taste. Massage leaves in the dressing mixture. Fold in the radishes and avocado. Top with walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
