Keto White Chocolate Lavender Candy Hearts

These melt-in-your mouth candy hearts are an adorable treat that won’t break the carb bank or kick you out of keto! The use of lavender and CBD oil makes these a bite of pure bliss. Lavender has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties and may also be helpful in treating anxiety and depression as well as insomnia. CBD has been shown in early research to have antioxidant, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties. Raw cacao butter has not been treated with high heat which allows it to preserve its antioxidant properties and serve as a creamy dairy free base packed with essential fatty acids to support cell membrane health.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup raw cacao butter
1/2 cup coconut butter
1 Tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp lavender extract
2 tsp dried lavender
DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan over medium low heat, combine the cacao and coconut butters until fully melted. Whisk in the coconut cream, vanilla extract and sea salt until fully combined. Remove from heat and stir in the lavender extract, dried lavender and CBD oil. Pour into heart molds like these or fun shaped silicone molds of your choice and place in the fridge to allow to harden, about 2-3 hours.
