KEY LIME KETO BITES
FOOD AS MEDICINE:
This buttery zesty blend takes you to the tropics and back all in a couple bites. It is great pre-work out and although not very good in black coffee, pairs wonderfully in ginger, green, or turmeric tea. Our Key Lime Keto Bite is one of the brightest ways to start your day!
INGREDIENTS:
3 T butter
3 T coconut oil
1 T lime zest
1 tsp lime extract
1/8 tsp Eden Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a food-processor with an S Blade. Chill in freezer until hard then roll into a ball.
