INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces full fat coconut milk
4 ounces filtered water
¼ avocado
1 date, pitted
2 cups spinach
3-4 sprigs fresh mint
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
1 scoop Naturally Nourished Grassfed Whey Protein
DIRECTIONS:
Blend coconut milk through mint in blender until smooth and creamy. Add more mint to taste. Add cacao nibs and whey and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds. The cacao nibs act as chocolate chips and add texture to your smoothie. For a smoother consistency, blend for another 30 seconds.
