INGREDIENTS:
2 cups watermelon juice
Juice of 2 limes
2 Tablespoons Vital Protein Gelatin
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour 1 cup of watermelon juice and the lime juice into a bowl and sprinkle with the gelatin. Set aside.
- Place remaining watermelon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until just starting to boil.
- Whisk the heated juice into the juice with the gelatin until fully dissolved. Pour into a shallow baking dish so that gelatin is about 1” thick.
- Refrigerate until firm. When ready, use cookie cutters to create fun shapes or cut into squares.
