STRESS STABILIZING STEAMER
FOOD AS MEDICINE:
This beverage tonifies the immune system, nervous system, and adrenal glands, which in turn can balance hormones! INGREDIENTS:
½ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
½ cup water
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha (optional)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cayenne
2 dates
DIRECTIONS:
Warm coconut milk and water on stove top. Slowly whisk in egg yolk. Move to a blender and add other ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a mug and savor this luscious beverage.
